Detail Department

We go above and beyond to prepare our trucks for you. Our detailing department is second to none!

Who doesn’t love a dramatic before and after?

We took this day cab truck and added a Tiger Manufacturing Co. 4K Gravity tank. We installed it, painted it, and rigged it out with a gas-powered pump, hose reel, and pressurized spray bar. The chassis wheelbase was modified to the correct dimensions to install the tank and we painted the tank to match the red cab. This truck is sure to stand out from the others on the road.

Trailer Repair

This delivery bed needed to be completely refurbished when it came to us. It had to be stripped of all plumbing, pumps, controls, and lights. We rebuilt the pumps and replaced and all the plumbing and hoses. In paint & blast, we sandblasted the bed and all the parts to make ready for primer and paint. The finished product is flawless with the rebuilt pumps installed, plumbing, flow meters, hoses, and reels. We also added all new hydraulic lines, lights, placards, and DOT tape. All our units are flow and pressure tested before they hit the front line!

Chemical Trucks

Circle D Truck Sales is an industry leader in offering new and refurbished Chemical Treater Trucks and Chemical Delivery Trucks to help our customers maximize oil production. Our Chemical Treater Trucks are built to provide assistance in the process of thinning paraffin, removing water, injecting chemicals, detergents, and surfactants directly into the well head as a cost effective solution to well maintenance. Our Chemical Delivery Trucks assist in safely transporting bulk chemicals in the form of totes to well sites, chemical warehouses etc. for chemical batch treating services.

Each treater and delivery body are sandblasted and painted (1) standard color to match customer company color. The truck chassis is put through our (15) bay mechanic and detail shop to ensure that everything mechanically is working properly with the truck and interiors and exteriors are worked through in our detail shop for finish out on the units. Single axle and tandem axle trucks are available.

Trailer Repair 

Check out this refurb we did on a Chemical Pump Trailer. We stripped the toolboxes, wood floor, pumps, lights, placards, and plumbing to make ready for sandblast and paint. Then, we removed the tires and replaced brakes, brake chambers, hub caps and wheel seals.  Finally, we rebuilt the Roper pump.

Once all the repairs and prep work was done, we sandblasted and painted it the client’s shade of red.

It was reassembled with new wood floor, lights, placards, suction hose, hydraulic hoses, and DOT tape. We finished up with a test run pump for flow and pressure.

Paint Department

Another quality project in the books. We started with a new fabricated tank. For the outside, the raw metal was prepped by sandblasting it with G-50 Grit to remove the rust, oil, and other contaminants before being sprayed with an erosion protecting primer. It was then prepped for paint by sanding and doing bodywork on the imperfections on the tank. Finally, it was painted with Industrial PPG Black Paint and a coat of clear paint to add another layer of protection.

For the inside, we blasted it to prepare it for the epoxy liner which is needed for corrosion control of chemicals. This particular epoxy liner gives a wide range of resistance to different chemicals for long term durability and service.

Rigging - Ramvac Project Part 3

Our Ramvac Hydro Excavation Truck renovation is complete! We refurbished the rigging including cosmetic, mechanical, electrical, welded repairs, and hydraulic system. We repaired what we could and replaced what couldn’t be repaired, then we repainted all of the rigging. It’s now in the capable hands of our detail team where it’s getting its final polish. Refurb Vacuum Transport

Check out these before and after pictures of a vacuum transport we refurbished. First, it was stripped of the light harnesses, lights, plumbing, and hoses. Then it was sandblasted inside and out; the outside was painted the customer’s shade of viper red. Next, it was sprayed with a new liner on the inside. Finally, we installed new light harnesses, lights, air hoses, suction hoses, valves, dome lid gaskets, DOT tape, and mud flaps.

Rigging - Ramvac Project Part 2

We've been working hard on the Ramvac Hydro Excavation Truck. We've completed some needed repairs before we start on the cosmetic makeover.

Twin Acid Tank Repair

Check out this twin acid tank swap we did! We removed twin 1,000 gallon acid tanks and replace them with twin 750 gallon acid tanks. We modified and fabricated mounting bracket to fit the new tanks. We cut the fender out to allow for the clearance of the new tanks. Then we fabricated the plumping to fit the new tanks. While modifying the fender and brackets we found the air bags were not working correctly. So, we replaced all 4 air bags and adjusted the level valve. The new tanks were sandblasted, had a 390 liner installed, and painted the customer’s tan. Finally, we mounted the tanks on the truck and installed the plumbing, dome lids, place cards, and valves.

Rigging - Ramvac Project

Tank Repair

Check out this tank repair we did. The unit was brought in for leaks; however, upon inspection we found it needed a new shell. The shell was removed from the subframe and replaced it with a new shell; we were able to reuse the front head and rear opening head. Then it was sandblasted and painted to the customer’s specifications.
